Weekly B


PAST WEEKLY GOALS  

- Complete Week 2 of Yoga Booty Ballet
I missed one of the workouts this week and ended the week with three days of no workouts. I worked until 9pm on Thursday and Friday, and when I got home crashed. I had to be at work for 9:30am on Saturday, and when I left at 1pm, I was more concerned about spending Valentine's Day with kiddo than working out. We both passed out by 9pm. Some things are a little more important, and I'll kick myself back into shape for most of next week. 

 - Have a "ME" Date

- Begin reading The Story of Awkward
I tried, but couldn't get into it, so I'm on the hunt for a new book, again. 

- Blog three times

- Purchase items needed for Lent
(more on this in a blog post closer to Mardi Gras)

- Finalize Valentine's plans for kiddo

- Complete Week 3 of "Yoga Booty Ballet" (3 out of 5 YBB workouts)
My body is craving some cardio like crazy, so I'm going to modify the YBB formula and take a couple of the workouts out to include some cardio. 

- Read Murder in the Cathedral

- Blog three times

- Find my next book to read
This is becoming completely annoying to me that I can't get into a book right now. This book rut needs to end soon! 



It's starting to get a little busy in the office, so I'm trying to keep these goals down a bit. I'm also not going to sweat if I don't hit them all.
