My mom and I keep talking about going to Savannah, Georgia, one day. It hasn't happened, so I went vicariously for a little bit in this book.
Our heroine, Harper, has no clue what she's doing with her life. She has her degree, but hasn't found a job doing what she loves because she's spent her time paying the bills and keeping a roof over the heads of her and her ex-boyfriend. She lands a job as a nanny for a child who has some emotional issues. Although she has no experience as a nanny, she and the child grow to love each other (as well as she and the father...)
The book was a sweet romance. If you're looking for a read that is light, this would be a great one to take to the beach with you over the summer.
