Yes, that IS a burpees challenge that happens to be scheduled for the month of October. Why do I hate myself? Because November is going to be even more hectic than September, and I want to go into it feeling my best physically, mentally, and emotionally. If I can conquer this challenge, or even come close to it, it will be a HUGE breakthrough for me in my workouts. While I have a more laxed work month, I want to make that happen.
